While colorful and nicely arranged, the florist substituted totally different flowers from what we ordered based on picture on web site. Unfortunately and now I know better, I clicked on statement giving them permission to do so if need be. Did not realize it would be ALL the flowers with the exception of the lilies in the center which were not very open. Was ordered several days prior to funeral so adequate time to obtain what they were lacking.

So this was a purchase knowing that our sweet aunt that passed just loved flowers she loved sharing them. She loved painting them. She loved having them and caring for them. Sadly somehow this did not get to her memorial service but yet went to the burial service we had hoped for both but the way that it was order. I believe I had to do it on my phone and maybe I missed seeing these options are understanding this Was truly appreciated in the end by our family and left at the burial site to be with our aunt throughout eternity so we are thankful but somehow we felt a little letdown that it wasn’t there for the whole service which we had anticipated .

Loved the flowers. The arrangement was beautiful. I received an email saying they delivered at noon on the day of the wake. When I got to the wake at 2pm, when It started, the flowers were not in the room. I went to the people who worked at the funeral home a few times…they kept telling me they are on it. I explained I have an email saying they delivered…they said “sometimes they send out that email before they deliver”, they also told me that the florist was still working on it and they will bring them over when they are done. I then contacted customer service at the sympathy store, since I was getting nowhere with the funeral home. They sympathy store called me right back and said they were put in a different room in the funeral home. They finally were placed in my aunts chapel about an hour and a half later. It really put a damper on things, I was stressing out about these flowers for a good hour and a half while grieving my aunt.

Very happy with this beautiful colorful spray. The banner looked nice as well. So glad I chose this arrangement. I received an email stating that the gladioli were not available at the time and that a suitable substitution would be made. They did a great job of making the arrangement just as beautiful with the substituted flowers. All the other flowers that I saw at my dad’s funeral from the Sympathy Store were beautiful as well. And the green plants like spathiphylum were gorgeous with very healthy, luxurious leaves. All flowers looked very fresh and healthy. Extremely impressed with the Sympathy Store and appreciated the easy order process, too.
